2 Warranty, maintenance and claim for our winter boots
2.1 ACTON

Warranty
Six (6) months from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects following normal use only.

Claim procedure
Please return the pair of boots to Tony Pappas and we will send them to the company for inspection. In the case of a waterproofing problem or a manufacturing defect, your boots will be replaced, repaired or credited. A minimum of 15 business days will be required to complete the process.

 

2.2 ANFIBIO

Warranty
Anfibio guarantees all of its boots against manufacturing defects for six (6) months from the date of purchase. The breakage of a zipper is not covered by the warranty

Maintenance
For your leather boots, wipe them with a damp cloth and clean the suede boots with a soft shoe brush and water.

Claim procedure
Please return the pair of boots to Tony Pappas and we will send them to the company for inspection. In the case of a waterproofing problem or a manufacturing defect, your boots will be repared or credited. A minimum of 15 business days will be required to complete the process.

 

2.3 AQUADIVA

Warranty
For a duration of one (1) year against normal use, with the original proof of purchase. All boots are Waterproof. 

Maintenance
Normal care for leather products.

2.4 BLONDO

Warranty
Blondo products are guaranteed for six (6) months after the customer’s purchase date, with the original proof of purchase, against manufacturing defects following normal use only.

2.5 BLUNDSTONE

Warranty
All Blundstone products are fully guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship. This commitment does not imply that we guarantee them for a specific period of time.

*Blundstone boots do not come with a lifetime warranty.*

Maintenance
The best way to clean your boots is to use water and vinegar.

Claim procedure
For any purchase less than one year old, please return the pair of boots to Tony Pappas and we will send them to the company for inspection. In the case of a waterproofing problem or a manufacturing defect, your boots will be replaced or credited. A minimum of 15 business days will be required to complete the process. 2.6 BOGS

Warranty
Bogs guarantees that their product is free from manufacturing and material defects one (1) year after the date of purchase.

Maintenance
Clean with a soft cloth and soap, dry, brush with the sponge BOGS rubber boot cleaner to restore the original color.

Warranty

Warranty

Standard warranty six (6) months after the inspection. With the original proof of purchase.

2.10 COLUMBIA

Warranty
This limited warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Coverage ends if you sell or transfer the product.

2.11 COUGAR

Warranty
The warranty for Cougar boots is normally six (6) months, with the original proof of purchase, to have a credit and/or replacement pair. We look at each situation on a case-by-case basis.

2.12 DEMAR

Warranty

DEMAR products carry a one (1) year warranty on manufacturing defects, with the original proof of purchase.

 

Maintenance

Nylon products - hand washing in cold water with soft soap or detergent, rinsing and drying away from heat.

Rubber boots - wash clean after use with warm water and soft soap. Rinse. Air dry.

2.13 DR.MARTENS

Warranty

If there is a manufacturing defect, Dr.Martens will trade or credit the boot, with the original proof of purchase.

 

Maintenance

Use the Ultra Protector (no other products can be used).

2.16 KAMIK

Warranty
Kamik products are covered by a one (1) year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Maintenance
Leather boots: Kamik leather covers are carefully chosen for their durability. But your boots can get dirty or scrape if you wear them very often. To clean them, we recommend using a good quality leather cleaner and conditioner, as sell most shoe and outdoor shops. Follow the directions for use by avoiding any application on rubber parts.

Nylon boots: to preserve the appearance of the nylon covers of your boots, we recommend washing them by hand and in cold water with a mild detergent or soap, rinsing them and then drying them in ambient air, away from any heat source.

To help keep the nylon tops of your Kuoma boots, we recommend hand washing with cold water with mild soap or detergent. Rinse and allow to air dry away from heat.

2.29 SAUTE-MOUTON

Warranty
Our merchandise is guaranteed for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to normal wear and tear and covers manufacturer defects. With the original proof of purchase

Maintenance
Saute-Mouton boots require very little maintenance. A damp cloth is sufficient to remove salt stains. Shoe polish may be applied as required.

 

Claim procedure

Please return the pair of boots ( thoroughly cleaned beforehand) to Tony Pappas and we will send them to the company for inspection. In the case of a waterproofing problem or a manufacturing defect, your boots will be repaired or credited. If it turns out that the water infiltration test shows no impermeability problem, you will have to pay for the test ($15) and transportation ($20). A minimum of 15 business days will be required to complete the process.

 

2.30 SOREL

Warranty
This limited warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Coverage ends if you sell or transfer the product.

2.32 VALDINI

Warranty
Period of three (3) months after the date of purchase. With the original proof of purchase

Maintenance
Dry away from a heat source (if necessary). Quickly wipe any calcium marks with a damp cloth. Use aerosol protection if necessary on a clean boot.
