- You must have your invoice/order confirmation or order number with you when you arrive at the store.
The order number starts with ORD
- Standard shipping: 11.95$ plus tax
- Quebec and Ontario: 3-7 business days.
- Rest of Canada: 7-14 business days.
- Selecting delivery by bike does not guarantee it will arrive by bike. This all depends on the location and quantity of the orders received. If we can not deliver your order by bike, we will email you to notify you that the order will be shipped by Canada Post.
- All orders placed after 2 pm on Friday afternoons will only be shipped the following Monday.
- No delivery can be made to a post office box.
- Deliveries to Canada only.
- Restrictions may apply in some provinces or territories.
We use different shipping companies depending on your location ( FedEx, Purolator, Canada Post, Courant+, Bike delivery)
*Please take note, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages that are delivered directly to a home address.
If you can not guarantee that you will be home please select the delivery option - Pick up at Post Office.
All orders will be delivered according to the option you choose and the address. After your purchase, an email will be sent to you to confirm your order and the delivery address.
